This course targets the beauty of our more visible T-shirts.
I mean, there's gonna be more parties, it's gonna be summer, and we're gonna do it on the dance floor in the cut-up.

We're not going to dance, we're going to do exercises that make our dance moves and our appearances more beautiful. We aim to move the upper body through the class, using unconventional exercises so far. We give a tone to the upper arm, and in parallel, we embellish our arm movements. We strengthen and mobilize the shoulder and stretch the neck. We move the area of the clavicle and the musculature on the front of the chest, giving the breasts a nicer tone. We also pay attention to hidden places, such as the area of the armpit, and the fat cushions on our backs, little loops. We try to retouch them during our time together.
The scheduled duration of the watch is 60 minutes of training, plus 5-7 minutes of stretching.
